Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

INGREDIENTS:

2lbs Beef Sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips

garlic powder

3 tbl veg oil

1 beef bullion cube

1/4 cup Hot water

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 large peppers

1 can stewed tomatoes with liquid

3 TBL soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

Preparation:

Sprinkle strips with garlic poweder and brown, place in slow cooker. Mix bullion cube with hot water and pour over meat. Stir in onion, peppers, tomatoes, soy sauce and sugar. Cook on Low 6-8 hours or High 3-4 hours.

* I normally serve this dish over mashed potatoes*
